Delivery within the UK is free except for Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands.

Delivery - Special Instructions
PLEASE ENSURE that you leave a comment in the comment box if you have any unusual delivery requirements. This can be found when checking out.  If there are no comments and we have to re-deliver the item, there will be a delivery charge.  Our carriers do not leave our products without a signature.

Lead Times
In the majority of cases, delivery is normally 3-5 working days and some products are Next Day, if ordered before midday.
Because of our enormous range of products, on rare occasions it can take up to 3 weeks.

If you have an urgent request, do not hesitate to contact us because on some products we can arrange an overnight delivery (this would imply a carriage charge).

Return of Goods
As per our Terms and Conditions "The Return of Goods shall not be accepted unless agreed in writing with the seller". If you would like to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible. There will be a re-stocking and handling charge (different on each product) and all goods returned will be refunded when the item is returned in a re-saleable condition and the original packaging. NB Made to order products can not be returned.

Please note that any items made to order, can not be returned unless they are damaged or unfit for purpose.
